Air ambulance – your questions
Which patients need an air ambulance?
Patients who are critically ill but need long‑distance transfer (>300 km), those requiring organ transplant transport, neonates with congenital issues, or anyone needing speciality care not available locally.
Can a family member fly along?
Yes, 1–2 seats are usually available for attendants, depending on aircraft type. In smaller jets, one seat is typical. We also have options for stretcher + one relative seat.
How do you manage oxygen at high altitude?
All our aircraft have built‑in oxygen systems plus portable cylinders. The ventilator automatically compensates for altitude changes. We carry enough for the entire flight plus reserves.
Do you repatriate patients from other countries?
Absolutely. We specialise in international air medical repatriation to/from India. Our team arranges visas, landing permits, and ambulance on both ends.
How is cost calculated?
Cost depends on aircraft type, flight distance, medical crew required, and any special equipment (incubator, ECMO). Call us for a transparent quote – we offer affordable air rescue packages.
